How much do you charge for delivery?
All items are delivered free of charge in mainland UK.
When can I expect my item to arrive?
All our products are hand made by us here in the UK. Since they are bespoke and personalised just for you, they do take a little time to make and that’s why we are so unique.
So, depending on the item you have ordered the turnaround time can vary but we would aim to deliver your item within 14 days of your order. This can depend on availability of stock and the time of year.
How are your items delivered?
Our bigger items are sent you by a next day courier service. Smaller items may be delivered by Royal Mail.
Can you ship outside of the UK?
Yes we can. Our free delivery is for items in the UK so you will need to contact us before making and we will let you know the additional costs involved. Once you make your order, we will contact you for this extra payment.
